Making A Purchase

Two Ways to Purchase... - Online Store, Browse our Product pages. Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All goods are sold in British Pounds £ (GBP Sterling). All shipping is based on UK delivery only. For shipping overseas and before placing any order please read all Terms and Conditions. We accept credit card payment through Paypal. We accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have in advertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note that sometimes when Pay Pal processes your order, Pay Pal's credit card processor will place a £1.00 GBP temporary charge on your account as part of the credit card authorisation process. The temporary charge will remain on your card with a 'hold' or 'pending' status depending upon your bank. Once your bank has authorised the debit card or credit card, the temporary transaction charge may be removed within a few minutes of completion. There have, however, been instances where this authorisation may take up to 30 days for approval. We ask that you please contact Pay Pal Customer Service if this charge remains active after 30 days. If you have no joy, please contact us so we can resolve this matter.

Shipping And Handling

We use Royal Mail for mainland orders.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will inform you via email of the anticipated delivery date. If you have not received your order in this time, please notify us, stating your name, the date of your order and the details of the items ordered.

Tax Charges

All orders include VAT at the current prevailing UK government rate, currently 15%

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
